We finally arrived at our condo this morning around 8:30! The ride down was better than I had expected it to be considering I was going to be in a car for 12 hours with Jordy and Alexa! But lucky for me- Jordy slept the whole time! And Lex did GREAT! Once we arrived, we first stopped for breakfast at "The House of Blues." It was an all you can eat breakfast buffet and it was really good!!! The restaurant had paintings and art work everywhere. It was a really cool place! Unfortunately, KC and Dillon, in the other car got lost and was unable to find the restaurant until after the rest of us were done eating! So they ran through Huddle House!
bathroom! As well as, a nice big living room and kitchen. It is decorated in a Mediterranean theme. It is very nice! We also have a GREAT view of the ocean off of our balcony. We are on the 15th floor so we are able to see everything! We have not yet taken pictures of the balcony and view, but we will eventually! And we did not take pictures of our room when we arrived, these are after our naps! (So it is kind of messy!!!)
After unpacking and checking out our condo, we headed down to the pool and the beach. At the pool area there is a lazy river, a hot tub, a 1ft pool, and a large pool! The boys and Lex floated around in the lazy river for a little while and then we went out to the beach. Lex loved sitting in the sand where the tide came in! She had a lot of fun eating the sand and covering Jordy in it! The beach is pretty, there are a lot of seashells though! It was also VERY hot on our feet! Today it was sunny with a temp of 90+! Lex got tired, so we all came in around 2:30, ate lunch, then we ALL took a 3.5 hour nap!!!
After our naps around 7:30, we got ready and went out to eat! We ate at the "Ocean Garden," an all you can eat Seafood/Chinese/Mongolian grill buffet! It was Delicious!
We then made it back to our condo, changed into comfortable clothes, had a few "Refreshing" drinks, and watched a movie!
Our first day here in Myrtle was just a day to relax and to get settled in! We have a couple of fun things planned to do throughout the week!

You guys will remember this vac for years to come. what a great thing to be able to vac with your family. i can see it now..alexa got tired so we took a nap...after swiming alexa got tired so we rested. it is 1:oo time for alexa's nap. guys it does not take all of you to get her to take a nap..please don't use her just say i was tired i took a nap.seems like the place you are at has everything you could want to do to enjoy the sun.. have fun love to all
