Day 3

Today was a pretty fun day!!! Lex woke up at normal time, ate breakfast with mommy and daddy, and then some how she ended up on top of me in my bed at 9am....wonder how that happened!?!? Lindz and Jarrod worked out as I watched Lex (I fed her goldfish the whole time- it ALWAYS works!) and Dillon, KC, and Jordy slept in!

Once Lindz and Jarrod got back to the room, it was time for Lexies nap. We laid her down and woke up Jordy to come and sleep in the room with her! Jordy was on Lexie duty today!!! As Dillon continued to sleep in, Lindz, Jarrod, KC, and I made our way to the beach! It was about 11:30ish by the time we got out there! The four of us laid out and soaked in the hot sun! Today was another BEAUTIFUL day! We had to dip into the ocean about every 30 minutes. KC and Jarrod decided to Boogey Board for a little while and as they were in the ocean a school of fish passed by. Every time the schools came through, fisherman hurried into the ocean to cast their poles. KC and Jarrod decided it would be neat to watch. They saw a shark jump, rather high, out of the water in the middle of the school of fish...but they thought it was cool and continued Boogey Boarding! After Boogey Boarding, they laid back out with me and Lindz and that is when the funniest thing of the day happened!

We were laying out in the order: Me, Lindz, Jarrod, KC. First off, KC was laying out with a shirt over his face and his nose was the only thing sticking out- it was pretty funny just seeing his nose! But as the four of us were lying on our backs, all of a sudden, we hear a sarcastic "SH*T!" Me, Lindz, and Jarrod sit up and look over...A few kids were playing volleyball very close to our layout zone- and the ball came flying in the air, hitting KC right in the face. It was one of those things where you HAD to be there! After yelling a few other "not very nice" words, said a jokingly manner of course, we all laid there laughing so hard for about 5 minutes! It was so funny!!!

We decided we were going to go out to eat early tonight, so we came in about 2:00. We ate a light lunch and everyone relaxed. Dillon finally woke up and joined the boys in an Xbox game! Lex made a mess with her lunch, so I gave her a bath and got her ready for the night! We were all ready at about 4:30, took some pictures, then left for "Dicks: Last Resort", for dinner

We arrived at Dicks and it wasn't as busy as we expected it to be, however, it took a while before we got our food. Lex started getting fussy so we occupied her with goldfish and straws. Finally our food came and everyone enjoyed it. Our server was such a "Dick" to us, throwing us our silverware, sliding us out Cole slaw and drinks, commenting on all of our obvious flaws, and making obscene gestures toward us!

As we were eating, the server made us each a hat with some pretty funny words.....

So in case you are unable to read our hats...Let me help ya out :) Lindsey= "My Curtains dont match my carpet" (Curtains= head hair, Carpet= downstairs hair!) Jarrod= "She has my balls in her purse" (pointing to lindz!) KC= "Big Shed, Little Tools" (pretty explanatory!) Me= "My legs are like Wal-mart" (Always opened....) Jordy= "Anal Friendly" Dillon= "I cried during brokeback mountain" And we were unable to get a picture with Lexies hat, but it said, "Future Hooter Chic"

It was so funny! The restaurant was a lot of fun!!! Well after dinner, we drove over to "Barefoot Landing," a shopping outlet. There was a lot of fun things to do there! There was games, little rides, and different places to shop! Lexie rode the Carousel and the boys played a fun carnival game. Lindz, KC, and Jarrod also sampled different types of wine! While they were feeling the effects of wine, Lex was feeling the effects of a caffeine buzz as she would not give Lindz her frozen coffee drink back! The outlet was surrounded by water with VERY large fish (carp and turtles, etc.) Lex really enjoyed looking at the fish and feeding them, one pellet at a time!

Lex started getting restless and we decided to head back to the condo. Once we were at the condo, we watched some TV, dillon and jordy worked out, and everyone is now going to bed!
